Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Replacements may be provided if your purchase qualifies under our 30-day warranty, subject to review.

Liability

Hades Shop is not responsible for any issues, losses, or consequences that occur after the successful delivery of your package. Additionally, Hades Shop is not liable for any problems arising on the customer's end prior to receiving their package. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and can follow the instructions provided for successful use of our services.

Version Compatibility

We support both GTA Legacy and GTA Enhanced for PC, XBOX, and PS, BUT these are all separate games. Progress, characters, and purchases do not carry over between the two versions after you have transferred your Legacy account to Enhanced. It's your responsibility to buy for the correct version. If you purchase for the wrong one, we won't offer refunds, replacements, or any form of compensation. The version you select is final, please read carefully before you buy.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting our support team for resolution will result in immediate suspension of your access to all Hades Shop services. We reserve the right to take further action to protect our business from fraudulent claims.

Terms Modification

Hades Shop reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website or communicated through our services.

By purchasing from Hades Shop, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
