Add your main Fortnite account as a friend from the new account.

Wait for 48 hours (as per Epic Games' policy) before gifting items to yourself.

4- Gifting Items:

After the 48-hour waiting period, you can use the V-Bucks on the new account to send gifts (such as skins or other items) to your main account
